📦 Seller Flow Guide for BookSwap Bazaar

(How to List and Sell products on the Marketplace)

📝 1. Register as a Seller

• Go to the Sell a Product or Vendor Registration page.
• Fill in the form with:
  • Name
  • Email
  • Store name
  • Optional: Profile picture or logo 
• Click Submit.
• Wait for admin approval (if enabled).

🛍 2. Access Your Seller Dashboard

• After approval, log in and open your Vendor Dashboard.
• Here you can manage:
  • Product listings
  • Enquiries
  • Profile details

📸 3. Add a Product for Sale

Click Products → Add New.

• Fill in:
  • Product name
  • Description
  • Condition (New/Used)
  • Price
  • Images
  • Category (novels, school books, medical books, etc.)
• Click Publish to make it live.

💬 4. Receive and Respond to Enquiries

• Buyers will use the Enquire button to message you directly.
• Reply promptly to arrange payment and delivery/meet-up.

📦 5. Deliver the Product

• Meet the buyer at the agreed location or arrange delivery.
• Allow buyer to inspect the product before finalizing payment.

💵 6. Get Paid

• All payments are done directly between you and the buyer (cash or agreed method).
• No commission is deducted by the platform (for now).
